Does not pay employees minimum wage. Reels in employees promising 30k a year part time to manage dog kennel, then changes agreement to state employees are entitled to a portion of the sales. They ask their employees to move in to this cage free dog kennel. Employees are expected to provide weekly groomings to their two dogs at no pay.

They do not issue proper warnings about aggressive dogs or dogs with collar aversions (or other aversions for that matter). There aren't many aggressive dogs, they are overall very well behaved but the owners know which ones have aversions and do not tell a single employee who may have to manage up to 30 dogs at a time.

They do not separate their personal stuff from the business stuff which creates confusion for employees, thankfully in my case I came across letters from previous employees who also stated they had not received the pay that was promised after multiple fraudulent misrepresentations. There was also harassment by the employer (over 100 calls per hour for 3 hours) when they weren't satisfied with a management decision that was made.

This continued annually for one hour intervals when the employee left. Be careful when dealing with these people, they know how to manipulate the system and are involved in organized crime. If you get on their bad side they will hunt you down after the fact and never let it go.
