Arizona industrial commission is incompetent: Rewarding a criminalized employer. Phoenix

My boyfriend had a job accident on June 21st 2021 and the state of Arizona's industrial commission has not paid any of his medical Bills that are due. I Google Arizona and it is rated the most corrupt state in the Union.  This work injury that my boyfriend substained at the Twin Lakes RV Resort located at 801S Lee Street Saint David Arizona because the State of Arizona refusing to make this employer pay the medical Bills from this work accident that michael Hargis caused is on his way to dying because the employer and the industrial commission is refusing to pay his medical Bills from this job injury and the job is getting away with Murdering my boyfriend. He is in seriously ill shape because of this Bone infection that he received on his left Femur and the court's only reward the criminalized Job by giving them a business license with out carrying Workers Compensation Insurance and not paying my boyfriend's medical Bills 6-21-2021 and Arizona's doctors refused to see him because the industrial commission of Phoenix Arizona has allowed michael Hargis owner operator manager of the Twin Lakes RV Resort located at 801S Lee Street Saint David Arizona to get away with not paying for the job injury that they caused (so he had to move to a different state to be treated). In every other state in the Union within 14 days after a job injury the States worker's. Compensation? (Starts Paying). But Not in the state of Arizona they allow a company to Not pay a work injury medical Bills (which Arizona is allowing the Twin Lake RV resort).  In Not to paying his medical Bills which is going to cost him his life. I will charge the state of Arizona for their incompetent actions by rewarding a criminalized company that does not follow OSHA guidelines to keep workers safe; it is the law.  The Twin Lakes RV Resort and the industrial commission will be held responsible for allowing this poor man to suffer the way he is.
