I agreed to purchase a new Camry from Arlington Toyota that they would bring in from another dealer. When I picked up the car I was not informed that they had substituted another car with less features, but charged the price of the first car. I was also charged twicwe for mats.
It took numerous calls and emails (including three to Toyota.com) to finally schedule a meeting with an administrator. My initial complaint was being charged twice for mats. At the meeting I asked to see the specs of the car I received.
I could clearly see I was charged for two options not received. If I hadn't asked to see the specs sheet I wouldn't have known as no one at the dealership would have informed me. Honestly was definitely missing from this transaction, with deception filling the void.

Did you check your paperwork? Did you see the $700+ in BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONY FEES? Why are you not complaining about that DECEPTION? Did YOU read the sales contract BEFORE you agreed to it? Have you ever bought anything at the grocery store? Did the ADD ON some PHONY "dealer fee"? Of course not!
Since they told you in their advertising they were going to pull this DECEPTION of BOGUS FEES, they told you their level of honesty and integrity WHICH IS NONE! There is no other sector of retail with such blatant, obvious DECEPTION as the Sleazy American Car Business and YOU discovered that with the famous floor mat con-game!
However, in the end, they laughed their rear ends off at you because they stuck you for their PHONY FEES! These stinking, slimeball car dealers will keep playing their con-games until customers have the testicles to WALK OUT at the FIRST sign of their OBVIOUS DECEPTIONS.
When they are advertising in their "disclaimer" their plan to hit you with their PHONY FEES, that told you all you need to know!
