Armen Barsegain Mike Returned Car UN-FINISHED with wrap ONLY covering 2/3 of the car. Mickey-Mouse Job! Los Angeles CA

Here is what happened after I hired Mechanic Armen Barsegian AKA Mike for a "wrap-job" on my Mercedez, stating that it would take 3-5 days to do.
 
1. Insisted on cash up front.
2. Held my car hostage for over a month.
3. Tried to extort me to pay more money, after the fact.
4. Did a mickey-mouse job with door handles & other parts falling off.
5. Only wrapped 2/3 of the car, leaving the back & other parts unfinished.
6.  Forced me to go to a Police Station in the Valley to go pick up my car.
7. Found car with a big mess inside and no gas to return home.
8. Sucked the AC liquid he put in right back out, out of spite!!!
 
He is an Armenian Con Artist who prides himself at ripping women off.
