It is bad enough that I am not issued a badge, (and that I was asked to provide the photograph myself) they do not issue a payment method, which should include Direct Deposit. There is no On Site management available from Arrow Workforce Solutions. They instead work and correspond from out of state. I was instructed in the Assignment Confirmation to arrive 30 minutes early because they were going to issue these two accounts (badge, and payroll) before work began. The on site security team was unaware of this. Not long after that our only point of contact was found. We waited hours for the safety trainer to arrive. After being told that we would not get our payroll information nor badge that day. It was with their bank and ONLY with their bank that the account manager from out of state was scheduled to arrive the following week. Also, the site's administration questioned why there was a larger amount of new employees. Immediately after we heard this, one potential coworker resigned the job assignment early before any more of his time got wasted. The safety trainer took us to a classroom located on the other side of the security gate. It is the first time that I worked at a site that has the only employee break room and a restroom on separate sides of this gate. We were with the safety trainer only; Our point of contact went home after this. We took the safety tests, and since "there are too many of us", we lost another man. I apparently passed every question but I was actually hoping I didn't so it would be easy for everybody else and I would simply offer for me to move on. To our surprise, the remaining amount of us (despite still too many) were accepted. After our first break time, a lady resigned because she was unaware of the sudden mandatory overtime of 12 hours. The site's administration responded by giving us the option to clock out before the day ended, told us full time work is 30 hours, and advised us to take the overtime when scheduled. Our time clock access was not set up either?! At the end of the shift, I called the out of state management of Arrow Workforce Solutions who said that in order for us to receive our payroll, we must continue work until one of them arrives to personally deliver them, meaning those that resigned unpaid. When asking about my badge, they asked me to retake my own picture. I selected Reply All which includes the Payroll Account Manager and Administrator Team Lead. The other one replied asking me why I retook my picture. I also received a phone call and text message from yet another manager. We are supposed to log our time this way until our badges get printed, and at the end of every day communicate with them that we agree to attend our next scheduled shift. Further Communication Attempts with Arrow is obviously going to make things worse.
