ARS/Rescue Rooter Orlando American Residential Services of Florida, Inc. Fraudulent HVAC Repair Orlando Florida

Contacted ARS for HVAC service. Problem - my HVAC system was blowing warm air. A technician was sent 22 June 2020. After an hour, he determined that a circuit board was bad and replaced board on June 23. This did not fix the system problem and it continued to produce warm air. Contacted ARS again to complain that the job was not performed properly, and I wanted the system fixed or a refund of charges.

I was told another technician would be sent but he never showed up, even though ARS said that he, Luis, was on his way to my residence. Luis never showed up, and I was constantly lied to for 2 days by ARS that he was on his way. The temperature was mid to high 90's with a heat index of over 103 degrees. As a retired Senior citizen, this was extremely stressful to both my wife’s and my health. ARS provide nothing short of Fraudulent service and I am disputing any and all payments to this company.

The company never repaired the system, refused a refund when they guarantee complete satisfaction and I never heard back from them. They just took my money and ran.
