Stay away from Articture! They will not correct your order or refund you. It took them 3 months to delivery my wall panels, just to learn they delivered the wrong product, something I never ordered. I emailed them asking for an exchange, they are non responsive or might respond after 1-2 weeks if you send them multiple emails. Eventually they offered to exchange it, but never sent me a shipping label or instructions. I had to complete my remodeling on my own terms with products from elsewhere. At this point I want to return their product and get a refund but again they are non responsive. This company is a scam they sold me something I never ordered and have no use for, and will not remedy the situation then ignores me. I hope this review brings awareness to future buyers.
