Arutyun Dzhuryan dba Giftcard.net Anthony Sold me a fake Lowe’s gift card for $1800 Burbank California

I met this person known as Anthony through Craigslist back in 2017. He mainly sold Home Depot and Lowe’s gift cards for a 20 percent discount for a while I was buying Lowe’s gift cards from him, he would front me the card before I paid him to assure me that I would not get ripped off which eased my mind. After buying over 50k in cards from him during a one year time span eventually led to a dead end. The last purchase I made from him was for a $1800 lowes gift card where I made the mistake of paying him for the card before hand because I trusted this guy over time, big mistake! When I tried to use the lowes card for $1800 the cashier told me the card was empty. When I called Anthony to tell him the card was empty he immediately got angry and started telling me that it was bullshit etc and that I should call the number on the back of the card to see when it was used which I did. The Lowe’s gift card customer service told me that the card was used days before and that it had $1.40 left on it. When I told the Anthony what happened with the Lowe’s card he didn’t believe me and basically told me that he will not refund my money. After our quarrel I went and reported this to the Los Angeles police department and got in touch with a detective who told me to email him all the details as to what happened. I submitted the report to the detective but nothing was done and he never called me back. What I didn’t know back then was that arutyun dzhuryan aka Anthony was on a 5 year felony probation during that time and if the cop did his job, the probation officer would have put Anthony back in jail. Anthony was charged with felony theft back in 2015 so he has a history of screwing people over. Everything I have stated here is a statement of fact and true. Anthony if you’re reading this and somehow you think you’re going to sue me for defamation the. I wish you the best of luck, I would love nothing more if you tried to sue me and waste your money. I did some research with some old Home Depot cards he sold me and I found out from their loss prevention department that the cards I bought from Anthony were traced back to stolen credit cards so go figure. I have recently been in touch with Home Depot corporate security to see if they can prosecute this crook. This guy has sold millions in Home Depot cards, god knows how much of them were stolen.
