Associa Community Group Fraudulent lien and coercion Internet

Associa works with Equity experts. I am filing a formal complaint  for unethical, coercive, and potentially illegal practices related to debt collection and HOA management. Coercive and Unfair Debt Collection Tactics: attempted to force me into signing a waiver as a condition for reducing excessive debt collection fees. This waiver included provisions that: Stripped me of my right to free speech. Required me to remove all negative posts from social media and Google. Prohibited me from filing future complaints or lawsuits regarding their conduct. This is a blatant act of blackmail and coercion, leveraging financial pressure to silence any criticism or further legal action. I refused to sign. They have also facilitated illegal lien. Refusal to Accept Dues Payment: They have also refused to accept my 2025 dues in what appears to be an effort to escalate fees and generate kickbacks from debt collection companies such as Equity Experts. This tactic seems designed to prolong financial penalties and extract additional fees from me. Non-Compliance with Fair Housing Laws and HOA Discrimination: Furthermore, the HOA boards managed by Associa operate in a manner that violates Fair Housing laws by allowing discriminatory practices within their governance. Their actions foster an environment where discrimination is tolerated, further undermining fair and lawful management. Failure to Honor Previous Commitments: I previously filed a complaint, which resulted in them promising to work with me to resolve the fee issue. However, this turned out to be a deceptive tactic intended to manipulate and coerce me into compliance without any intention of genuine resolution. These unethical practices violate consumer protection laws and HOA management standards. I urge the BBB to investigate these individuals and their business practices to prevent further harm to other homeowners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
