Atcasa Management hired me with a signed contract with a salary and never paid me or reimbursed me for incurred expenses. Dallas Texas

I contracted with Atcasa Management as an independent contractor starting June 2, 2025, under a fully executed agreement promising $7,916.33/month plus commissions and expenses. After doing all initial onboarding and banking setup (with their knowledge and repeated use of my non-Citibank First Bank account), no further work assignments were given despite my ongoing readiness to work. Multiple demand letters for June–August salary, expenses, and commissions (now totaling over $23,000) have been ignored. I have received no payment, no substantive response, and my contract remains unfulfilled. I am now pursuing legal remedies for breach of contract.
