Atiyyah Tally Took products and never send the money. Sicklerville NJ

I sold hair extensions to Atiyyah Tally, by mistake she got delivered the wrong package. She had paid 240$ for her products but she received 349$ worth of products. So after discussing and getting confirmation from her, I asked the other customer to send her package and asked her to send other customer package first, she said she will send after she received the package.

After receiving the package she said she already used 3 pieces of hair products now she will send the money for 3 packages and rest will send. But since then she stopped responding She is a scam and liar. How can someone with heart and soul can scam someone in this difficult time of Covid-19, when people don’t have enough to eat.
