They supported perjury by teachers and special education staff to deny critical care and services to students in order to save the school money. They supported that teachers fabricated evidence. Many lawless activities....Multiple misleading statements can't be anything other than a bad-faith attempt to mislead the court about the facts and the law.

The tragedy continues as the lower court judge didn't care, the school board didn't care, nobody cares about the kids that aren't perfect. It has been openly stated the goal is to run you out of town so they can use the money for other things and the teacher's union has said, "me-too raises for everyone, even if you are not a teacher."  This is in PAUSD.
