AALRR identifies a family that can't defend itself and destoys them by denying an education to their disabled child. Without funds to defend themselves, their lives and health are desseminated to send a message, "This will happen to you to if you insist on a truly independent education plan and not the usual garbage the schools dish out."  Thus, saving money for their VIP students and me-too raises for every single person in the district since there are no performance reviews and nearly automatic tenure, even for the liars and cheaters! 

They thought that PAUSD stopped this when they hired a new superintendent, but they did it to me too!  You're never safe here. Dont come here if you have learning differences, you'll be damaged for the rest of your life. But they hired the same law firm that misrepresents the facts for the school so they don't have to provide disability services by saying kids don't really have learning differences, anything that isn't visible! 

AALRR help schools break the law and its not hard because no one cares.  This has been going on for years. They fire one law firm AFTER THE GOVERNMENT fines them, and PAUSD hires another one just like them, sometimes with the same people, just different name.

Don't believe the marketing about the good schools in Palo Alto. If you don't have a private tutor you do terrible.  Black lives don't matter here, nor do Brown lives or Special Needs lives.  If you are in these categories and earn less than $75K as a family, you're considered poor, and fall into the same category as the minorities who only achieve a 40%graduation rate. They don't care about you here, they only want VIPs and they're not nice about it.  Its a very sick city. Do your homework and don't overpay for a home here for the schools. The swamp will make you sick, its Trump's level of integrity here.  Hubris ate Palo Alto.
