I wish I could say my nightmare with this company was over—but NO, I’m still trapped in this HORRIFIC experience, all because I dared to repeatedly ask for MY refund since August 2024! Imagine that: expecting a business to honor its word. Silly me.  "Just ignore her... she will go away or stop asking" seems to be the tactic.

Pro tip for anyone reading this: Be sure to scrutinize your Bill of Sale like your life depends on it. These folks sneak in extra line items, pad your purchase with unnecessary add-ons, and rake in kickbacks from products you didn’t even know you were financing! Shady? Absolutely. Illegal? It should be.

And oh, this is just the beginning of my review—stay tuned.

Here’s where it gets worse: I’ve been waiting for a $3,000 refund since August. Fast forward to tonight, November 18, 2024, and the entire management team—decked out in their full masks of ignorance—acted like I was a stranger off the street. Not one of them "remembered" dealing with me. Convenient, huh?

Well, guess what? I came prepared. I pulled out my documents, complete with initials, signatures, and dates. Did that jog their memories? Nope, not even a flicker.

Then there’s Christian, the Sales Manager. While casually reviewing my case on a computer off to the side, I overheard him say to a colleague, “It’s just a few thousand dollars.”

You’re right, Christian—it is just a few thousand dollars. Now, tell me: how many other customers have you scammed out of “just a few thousand dollars”? I’ll wait.

You failed to tally how a $7500 purchase became a $13000 final agreement. That's on you.

Happy motoring!
