Audrey Mouse, Rebecca Ballantine Reid, Rebecca Reid, Rebecca Affleck Report on Unresolved Debt Issue with, Founded by Rebecca Ballantine Reid (aka Rebecca Affleck, Rebecca Reid)

In 2022, I entered into a financial agreement with Audrey Mouse, a company founded by Rebecca Ballantine Reid (also known as Rebecca Affleck and Rebecca Reid), where I loaned the sum of $30,000 to assist with company operations. The agreement was made in good faith with the understanding that the loan would be repaid in full.
 
Despite repeated assurances of repayment from Ms. Reid, the obligations were not met. To resolve the matter, I initiated an arbitration process as stipulated in our initial agreement. The arbitration concluded in my favor, affirming that Audrey Mouse was indeed liable for the debt incurred. Unfortunately, Ms. Reid did not provide a personal guarantee in her capacity, limiting recourse to the assets of Audrey Mouse for repayment.
 
Following the arbitration, Ms. Reid has ceased all communications with me and has taken steps to block any form of contact. She has since refused to acknowledge the debt or engage in discussions regarding repayment.
 
It has come to my attention that Ms. Reid is now involved with a startup named Ursa Live. I am concerned that her previous and current business practices may not reflect the transparency and integrity expected in professional dealings. This report serves as a factual account of my experiences to inform potential stakeholders and collaborators of the risks associated with financial engagements with Ms. Reid and her businesses.
