Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC is a NY licensed LLC real estate broker or realtor and NY License # is 10491206411 has been listing some fake rentals under his name and business name or other entities i think used to work for or run and never intended to actually rent spaces at the address. 
 
Realtor Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC does not intend to get your permission to rent out space in your home with getting certain places as those listing is so he can scam people which is unfortunate.



When questioned about a listing on a friend's place Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC deleted the listing right away but also pretending to not know about it. 
 
I originally never heard of Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC until i noticed an active listing at my home Address without me knowing and something for rent which i never intended to rent out. Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC put the listing out anyways with no explanation or reason or permission at all.



I would question the legitimacy of his license and existance of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC if this is what Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres does. 
 
A little brief history i can find on Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC includes working for some known real estate companies in the area. Who knows why Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres is no longer working there but since then he has been working for himself under ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC
 
Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC listed the place for rent when in reality it is not and used photos of inside another place and i believe were used photos from a different listing or website. When questioning a friend that he did this to, he acted like he did not know about it but the listings disappeared in minutes.
 
I just find this to be an odd experience. I am uploading all evidence that i can find and i doubt Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC is legit if this is what he does. Please do not do business with Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC as he may screw you over.
