AUTO DEAL GARAGE USED CAR SALES MIAMI FLORIDA

I purchased a 2011 BMW 335I which they indicated had a clean record and was in perfect running condition. That was not the case. I later learned according to CARFAX the odometer was rolled back and the vehicle had a transmission fluid leak. When I notified the dealer about check engine light that turned on less than 2 hours after I drove off the lot they did not respond. A couple days later they asked me to bring the car back so they could check it out. They cleared the code with their reader and the check engine kept coming on. They told me I should go get the transmission fluid changed. They refused to take back the car or take any responsibility for the check engine light issue. They kept stating repeatedly we sold the car to you AS-IS and we do not take cars back. This is is true and legal but they certainly do not care about their clients and I certainly would not recommend doing business with these folks. The owner's name is Dennys Hernandez.
