My BMW 335d suffered a glow plug failure requiring replacement of glow plugs and glow plug controller while under warranty. AutoAssure refused to pay for the parts and labor required to repair the engine, stating that this kind of repair was excluded. Since this is an integral part of the engine required for its function and is not normally an item that is periodically replaced such as oil or spark plugs, I find their refusal to be fraudulent.
When I called to discuss the matter, they put me on hold on two occasions for more than 20 minutes. When I requested a call back on an automatic answering machine, I received no call back. This company is clearly not selling a product that they support, and is behaving in a fraudulent manner.
