The law suit nothing to do with sold as is.  Cadillac franchise dealer suspects that the odometer is tempered and waiting a forensic investigation on the matter.  Also this dealer is fraudster and knowingly sells defective vehicles, and that's fraud.  Of course mistake is made for trusting this business and their crook team, but apparently we should apply the old school

First, why did YOU agree to pay FAKE FEES? There is NO SUCH THING as a "dealer fee" and there is NO SUCH THING as hundreds of dollars of a FAKE electronic filing fee for registration. Did you even bother to READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you agreed to it??? Secondly, you send your mo ey off to somebody you don't know to buy sine stupid used car you NEVER saw, NEVER test driven, NEVER heard the engine run, NEVER checked for body damage, NEVER felt the transmission shift, NEVER checked all accessories for operation! On top of that, you but this thing AS IS! Classic case...ZERO FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE!

Did you have the vehicle inspected?  Did it have a warranty?  If not, you bought it AS IS.  You are going to be stuck with the repair bill, and a lawsuit will go nowhere.
