VERNA BENOIT ANDREWS Designs sold me cheap, tacky jewelry that was not as pictured from what she claimed to be a jewelry store. Upon complaining to her that what i recieved was grossly different than what was pictured, she then refused to take responsibility and refund me.
The garbage jewelry broke immediately. Her behavior was horrific and her customer service skills were truly appalling. A child could literally do better. If you want some plastic junk-order here!! there isn't even a phone number to reach this monster on to get my money back!!!
