When I paid for S&H for my 'free sample', I got no email confirming my order or the terms & conditions.  I got a fraud alert call from Discover 2 weeks later which is why I learned about this.  After 3 calls to Avielle and 4 to Discover, I learned theirlink: https://www.avielleantiaging.com/ has their terms & conditions.

Avielle tried to bill me $109 twice, from 2 different companies with 2 different phone #s.  Once for the skin cream and once for the serum.  The ingredients on the cream/serum are nothing special to justify this expense. The 2 companies are enhance Heal 855 426 0497 and Ultra Quik at 855 423 9879. I got first rep who was going to give me a 70% discount, but that still meant paying $30.  I got a different rep the 2nd time and after I threatened BBB & confirmed I had not filed a credit card dispute, she agreed to refund me the whole amount. 

When I talked about a free sample, they corrected me as said it was a free trial. Took 2 hours of my time and created lots of stress. Don't empower these con artists with slick sales pitches and mediocre products charging a king's ranson.
