   Clearly this seller is a Hypocrite as well.. they sell SO many Asian antiques .. and claim that they have SO muchexperiance in Buddhist and Chinese art.  .. they should follow what they preach or in this case sell.  BUDDHISM... 

teaches a person to be compassionate ... peace and tranqility all around and HONOR as well.  AVIONSUNANTIQUES on eBay .. obviously has MANY DEMONS to fight within.  This seller has anger that is held in from other mental source .. maybe a past experience with a American thet they HATE now .. who knows?.. or some other occourance that is unknown.  what IS Known is that .. Avionsunantiques is clouded with hatred and anger and is JUST not a nice person.   This person hides in CANADA and is most definietly delusional and has a dark soul I feel.   They seem to ATTACK and ATTACK ... similar to a Terroristic pattern or intention without cause.  The reason is inconsequential to the MAIN and simple fact that AVIONSUNANTIQUES .. and or HE is

PATIENCE ... is a Virtue and CLEARLY this SELLER has none and has a very short fuse... there is no point in arguing with a person with a mental illness such as Avionsunantiques ... DO NOT BUY from HIM .. do not TALK TO HIM .. and DO not do business with HIM in ANY way Shape or form ... in VICTORIA, BC ( British Columbia)

DO NOT BE A VICTIM ...  ..There is a reason WHY I posted this post and exposed this LAIR HERE on Rippoffreport becasue the seller is a LIAR among other thigns and they KNOW IT ... this person will be reported to the CANADIAN GOVERNMENT for harassment and extortion and FALSE DEFORMATION ... and there will be legal action taken by a defense team.. yes TEAM .....   if this persists.

This same rant is tiring .. by this loser seller is who is just trying to give me a bad name.  AVIONSUNANTIQUES .. is a communist that is trying to dirty up a Tax Paying American ... take a good look at his picutre ... take a REALLY GOOD LOOK !! .... He is the true CRIMINAL !! ...

I feel that is racist against Italians ... and racist against Americans in general ...  he likes to POKE and get people angry by torting them.. and then write bad reviews about them on the internet ... get a life.

We sell on ebay.   The ebay account is called avionsunantiques.  We’ve been on ebay for more than 15 years (since Dec 18 2004), with thousands of positive feedbacks - 3642 positive feedback as of the time of writing. (100% positive feedback). We take a very dim view of tax evaders, con artists, scam artists etc.  Unfortunately we come across our fair share.

Those who victimize us are reported to the appropriate authorities and their details are posted online to warn others on a site called badbuyerlist.org. In the present case, one of these dishonest people has retaliated by putting this false report about avionsun antiques on this web site (and others).

The person in questions is Mr. Peter Patrenicola, PO Box 731 Lake Placid NY 12946-0731 USA

Mr. Patrenicola won one of our ebay auctions using the ebay user name nitrix007. It was an unreserved auction starting at $9.99 which lasted for 10 days, with the winner being the final and highest bidder.   His winning bid was in the low $200’s.

There were numerous bidders.   He outbid one of our repeat buyers, called BronzeFinder, located in China (a buyer who seems to purchase only antique Chinese bronzes). Mr. Patrenicola refused to pay the ebay invoice for the item he purchased, because the invoice contained sales tax.

Mr. Patrenicola is located in New York State, USA.  Pursuant to the laws of New York State, he must pay sales tax for items he purchases on ebay that are sent to his address in New York. Ebay adds the sales tax to invoices like Mr. Patrenicola's.   Ebay collects the tax funds and remits them to the approprate government authority.    The sales tax is mandated by law, and has nothing to do with us.

Mr. Patrenicola refused to pay the New York Sales tax. Mr. Patrenicola claimed that ebay charging New York Sales tax was a scam, and as a result, he did not pay the ebay invoice - thereby he ruined the auction. As a result, Mr. Patrenicola was reported to Ebay, and to the New York State Tax Authority. His actions were also posted online on the badbuyerlist.org to warn others about this man.

Mr. Patrenicola was not happy about being held accountable for his actions. Mr. Patrenicola retailiated by calling us terrorists, racists, crooks, etc, etc in his attempts to coerce us into removing our public report of his actions.

The badbuyerlist has removed Mr. Patrenicola’s comments once already – all you see are his second round! What Mr. Patrenicola says about others, says more about himself than anything else. Everything we sell on ebay, we have previously purchased ourselves.  We only buy items we have inspected in person ourselves.  If we have any reservations about an item, we won't buy it in the first place, and you will never see it in our ebay listings.   

We stand behind everything we sell.    We hold up our end, and we expect the same of our buyers.   We take a very dim view of dishonest conduct.
