I am writing to share my deeply distressing experience at AvBeautyLounge with Avleen, the owner. I had scheduled an appointment to get my eyelashes done, and I arrived with a positive outlook, hoping for a lovely experience. Unfortunately, what transpired was nothing short of traumatic.

Upon my arrival, Avleen asked if I was wearing a wig. I answered truthfully, explaining that I wear it because I have Cancer. Instead of showing compassion or understanding, Avleen requested that I remove the wig. Reluctantly, I complied. What followed was beyond disrespectful and heartbreaking.

Avleen proceeded to mock me, stating, “Oh my god, that is a wig, so embarrassing. Do you have cancer? You're such a loser. Your wig is even falling off. What is it even like having cancer?”

These remarks were not only offensive but also incredibly insensitive. I felt belittled and humiliated in a vulnerable moment. In a place where I expected care and professionalism, I was met with ridicule.
