Avoid! AVOID! I report this hoping to prevent someone else from the inexcusable aggravation and frustration I experienced trusting Texas Shuttle LLC. I prebooked and prepaid Texas Shuttle in Houston 72 hours ahead for transportation from my hotel to the airport. I am waiting for my ride in the hotel lobby and receive a text from Texas Shuttle that "my driver had quit" but they had arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up. Next text disclosed driver and car description and estimated arrival time. Now the SCAM: Next text: I HAD CANCELED. What? I called Texas Shuttle immediately. Clerk confirmed I had canceled and according to their cancellation policy I would not receive a refund! Then I received a text from Lyft that the Lyft driver had canceled my trip. I called Texas Shuttle again. Texas Shuttle hung up. I called again and my phone had been blocked. So I had to make trip arrangements through my hotel concierge which cost all of $8.00 more than Texas Shuttle charged, tip included. Beware! Be Wise!
