Axelwell Customer support: Ann Their product is cheap and website is misleading as to what you will receive. They don't ever answer the phone!!! They have not responded to my return requests. Mountain View California

I am reporting Axelwell in hopes to keep this bogus company from scamming others. I ordered 3d wall tiles from Axelwell. I was expecting a shipment of enough wall tile to cover a certain square footage and did not receive that. In addition the 3d wall tiles are horrible, very cheap looking product! After having received the first order from them, I immediately tried contacting the company about my order.

The phone number on their website is never answered. I filled out their online return request form for a return and refund but have yet to hear back from this company about returning items for a refund. My second order had already been completed before I could cancel it.

Through email, I received a response from customer support: Ann, but she has not responded at all to tell me how to return items for a refund. Still waiting for them to send return labels! Do not order or use this company for anything!!! They suck!!!
