THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THE UNITED STATES. THE RIGHT TO TAKE $400.00 DOLLARS A MONTH AND THEN TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE STUCK WITH A $10,326.00 BALANCE BECAUSE THEY ONLY COVER $100.00 PER EMERGENCY VISIT. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR 4 MONTHS. DO THE MATH $1,600 I COULD HAVE WORKED OUT SOMETHING WITH THE HOSPITAL AND PAYMENT PLAN.
THEY LIED AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD TWO EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS PER YEAR. AND WITH MY HUSBAND BEING A HEALTHY MAN I REALLY THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS A GREAT PLAN FOR HIM. WHAT EVER YOU DO KEEP YOUR MONEY DO NOT GIVE IT AWAY. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY.
THE EMPLOYEE'S DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, THEY WILL TRANSFER YOU FROM ONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER AND COULD CARE LESS WHAT YOU ARE GOING THRU. ALL OF THIS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC.

Guess you did not read your policy benefits - from the website
Outpatient Benefits Office Visits $100 per day x 3 days Wellness Visit Benefits $50 per day x 1 day Wellness Visit Baby Benefits $50 per day x 1 day ER Sickness $100 per day x 2 days Outpatient Surgery $500 per day x 1 day Diagnostic, X-ray and Laboratory
Therefore how is this a ripoff? And TURN OFF THE CAPS!! You bought a cheap insurance plan therefore you get what you paid for. And NO I do not work for them - just had a similar plan and did not read the benefits.
