my nissian was repo last friday says ive missed 2 payment went to my bankstatements all payments are up to date. does not return my call. im getting no answers to get this taken care of

Same thing happened to me March of this year. All payments up to date with records to prove it and they came and repod the car. Not only that but it is STILL reporting on my credit is delinquent and open account. Never received notice after the sale took place letting me know how funds were allocated ect. I called and left dozens of messages to the manager none the less of the special assets department and NEVER received so much as an effff you back. Taking this to the CFPB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL as well as the Trustee and Indentured Trustee of Axos bank.
