The owner Tracy Pangarakis took $5025.00 from me in early August 2018 and told me he would repair my roof in late August 2018. I would pay him the rest after he repaired my roof. I waited for more than a month and nothing happened. I tried to call him many times and it seemed like he blocked my phone number.
Fortunately, I knew where he lives, and I went to his place. He told me his phone was broken and he would repair my roof in a couple of weeks. And then nothing happened. Thereafter, I contacted him several times and he kept lying to me and told me he would repair my roof next month. Now it is July 2019, he did not repair my roof and he did not return my money.
