Bael Wellness Returned products because didn't meet advertising nor my needs. Was to get refund upon receiving returned items, but didn't. Many emails, filled out forms and phone calls have gotten no processed refunds. They do not stand behind their products nor their gaurantees. Irvine California

On December 26, 2019 I ordered

Bael Wellness Seat Cushion (Pack of 2) for Sciatica, Coccyx, Tailbone, Orthopedic, Back Pain Relief × 1. Cost: $73.97

I suffer from Sciatica nerve problems, as noted above supposed to be good for it. I received the cushions and tried one, I could only sit on it for 5 minutes because of the pain.

The cushions were way too hard and I repacked them immediately to return them.

It took until the later part of February to get anyone to give me addresss to return items. Upon receiving them, they promised I would get my refund.

They received their cushions, I never received my refund.

All they do is offer 17% discounts for further purchase, which I will use. Many emails, filled out forms and phone calls have gotten no processed refunds.

They do not stand behind their products nor their gaurantees, and they do not respond to emails, phone calls or filled out forms.
