This (((REDACTED PER TOS))) sucks you in that he's a nice guy and tries to help, then turns on you and tries to do everything he can to get you in trouble and tries to extort money from you once he thinks he has you by the short hairs. Calls you every day like a collection agent, then gets his panties in a twist if you don't comply with his BS... made up rules and regulations.
I called the court and they told me to file a harasment lawsuit aginst him. They also to me to tell him that the judge will not violate me just beacuse of what he says that is the game he tries to play. If you don't pay him NOW he will have your bond revoked. Tell a friend don't use this a*s wipe as bondsmen.

We apologize that you feel this way. Since we do not know who you are, we can only correct your inaccurate and false claims. Clearly you entered into a contract and did not make your payments. Mr. Bailey does not make collection calls our office staff would call about payments.
As to your statement that a Clerk told you to sue for harassment that is simply not accurate. A clerk cannot legally advice you to do this. Unfortunately We can not be specific in my reply because you posted this anonymously!
