Last June 2018, right after we moved to Mexico, we started using Baja Mail Service to get our mail from San Diego and brought to Mexico. Karen Pruitt told us there would be a $3-$5 charge for oversized packages. That was fine. We paid one year in advance.

We ordered a lot and she complained we had too many packages and we need to cut down? Yeah, no. We were not going to cut down. That was not part of the deal plus, if the package was large we would now need to go to Chula Vista, CA, to pick it up ourselves?

This is not what we signed up for in June so in Aug/Sept 2018 we told her that she changed the rules and we wanted to just go to the US ourselves. We wanted our money back. She has always been nasty, defensive and totally self serving and this was no exception.

She said she wouldn't give us our 10 months back that we wouldn't be using. I told her that was ridiculous since she changed the rules and I said if she did not give us our money back that I would go on Facebook and expose her to make sure she doesn't try to cheat other people. She then said she would give us our money back in writing at that point.

She was going to keep 4 months extra for any overflow mail which I thought was ridiculous but I agreed to that. This agreement happened in December 2018. We were supposed to be paid back for 6 months of unused services although we had 10 months of unused services. So since December 2018 she has been stringing us along and we have been very patient.

Ed would email her and she would say she would send the money. Ed wrote to her recently, again!, and now she said she won't pay us. I have found her to be a manipulative liar and a bully. Her reasons for not now paying are pure lies and nonsense. We do have a few instances saying she would pay us back, in writing. That is really the bottom line.

Any business that makes a committment to pay someone back, especially in writing and doesn't should not be in business. That shows they have no integrity, character and can't be trusted.
