Bank of America keeps trying to steal my home even though I have paid my payment and having banking statements to prove they took the payment from my checking account! They keep trying to get my bankruptcy dismissed by lying to the court that I'm not paying my payments. But I gave my lawyer the past two years of my banking statements and they backed off so far!
But this is what really puts the rage and anger in me. They are making me pay for their attorney fees and court costs! They chose to pay the court costs by lying to the court that I haven't been making my payments! Out of all the money bank of America has! I have to pay their sorry attorney fees!
They stole $21,000 from me in 2013 and didn't apply it to my balance. Then they tried to foreclose on my home but I filed bankruptcy to stop them. But they have been harassing me ever since! Lying to my lawyer! Bank of America as getting in trouble. They pay fines but going back to their dirty evil ways! Bank of America purchased everyone's home loan so they could steal their homes!
Other homeowners say make sure to keep your payment records! They aren't kidding because they are dirty low down scum!

You nor your mother have a JOB to pay a mortgage to begin with! I know it was your MOTHER that filed bankruptcy to begin with so stop playing the victim. YOU both scammed the bank for not paying the mortgage and now you want to scream VICTIM??
NOPE. Get a JOB and learn how to live by the rules of society and LIFE. BTW how can you afford an attorney if you nor your mother has a job?? Plan on screwing him out of money as well?? Pathetic is what you are.
You and your mother will not save the house under bankruptcy proceedings so be realistic and stop blaming everything and everyone for the problems that you two suffer because in the end - you and your mother are the only people to blame for your woes.

Bank of Merica has done to me what they have done to thousands of other homeowners! I reported what Bank of Merica was reported in my mortgage statement and they objected to that and managed to add more money. A person has the right to file for bankruptcy to save their home! And bank of Merica didn't like it so they have tried everything in the book to make me homeless!

Bank of America is trying to make me homeless even though I had been making my payments. How am I'm not living in reality, according to you who are having such a beautiful life and not having to deal with such a corrupt devil bank. But me having kept all my banking statements for the past two years since 2017 has stopped them from having my bankruptcy dismissed!
But its an outrage with all the money bank of Merica has! They are forcing me to pay their court fees and attorney fees! They chose to try lie to the bankruptcy court saying I wasn't making my mortgage payments.

I'm not posting everything in my complaint. Before my filing bankruptcy, they were harassing me, leaving notes on my door telling me that they have tried to contact me even after I talked to them on the phone already!
- You actually never answered the question, even after the applied payments were you current? The answer to that, and why you won't answer, is of course NO. Because if you were current you wouldn't be trying to seek Bankruptcy protection.
Hopefully, by the end of my bankruptcy, my house will be paid off
- The average Chapter 13 bankruptcy is about 3-5 years. If you are in a position to have your house paid off by the end of the Bankruptcy you would NOT have qualifed and Bank of America would have had a legitimate right to dispute your case.

Bank of America refused to apply for payments after that. I am under bankruptcy protection, which I am paying the past due amount. I'm not posting everything in my complaint. Before my filing bankruptcy, they were harassing me, leaving notes on my door telling me that they have tried to contact me even after I talked to them on the phone already!
After I printed out two years of payments, I gave it to my lawyer, proving I had paid the fees. Bank of America has finally backed off trying to get my bankruptcy dismissed! But I'm still in raged with having to add their attorney fees to my bankruptcy plan! They just won't my house period!
Like what other homeowners have said, keep all your payment history! Hopefully, by the end of my bankruptcy, my house will be paid off! I don't have to deal with the devil criminals at Bank of America ever again!

There is an Inevitability Here

Then they tried to foreclose on my home but I filed bankruptcy to stop them. Filing bankruptcy only slows down the process of foreclosing on your home, but it won't stop the bank from the ability to eventually foreclose unless you can renegotiate the mortgage. If you can't, then at some point, there will be nothing you will be able to do to stop them.
But this is what really puts the rage and anger in me. They are making me pay for their attorney fees and court costs! I'm not surprised they would do this, but that's the reason you have an attorney: to make sure these sorts of things don't happen. Calm down - it is a common tactic used by the other side. Your attorney will make sure that doesn't happen.
They stole $21,000 from me in 2013 and didn't apply it to my balance. I suspect you owed a great deal more than the $21,000 and however the amount was applied, the amount was likely insufficient to bring you current. Then you said, "Then they tried to foreclose on my home but I filed bankruptcy to stop them." That infers there was more than $21,000 outstanding.
Bank of America purchased everyone's home loan so they could steal their homes! Uh, no. Very funny, but no. They did purchase Countrywide, who did fund a lot of bad mortgages to some people who should never had a mortgage in the first place. Maybe one of those was you?
So let's be clear: what you wrote is only part of the story. The only way you would have been able to effectively file bankruptcy and have it accepted by the court is if you were actually in an underwater position not only on your home, but in life. You just don't waltz into bankruptcy court and claim bankruptcy if you have sufficient assets to wipe out your short and mid-term debts. No bankruptcy court would even allow you to claim bankruptcy if you have sufficient assets, so let's stop with the "bad old bank" routine. It's a bit old at this point. Actually, very old.
You have an attorney and your attorney is dealing with the situation. However, there is an inevitability working against you and I would hope your attorney is at least negotiating you a new mortgage. Otherwise, you will lose your house - it is inevitable....

If everything is as great as you say it was without you missing a payment, why is there even an action in court against you by BOA?
