Bank OZK After I payoff my auto installment loan account, the bank demanded $2.69 in principal and charged me late charge, ruined my credit history for not making $2.69. Ozark AR

This is very upsetting and not reasonable for the bank to act this way for $2.69. The bank charged me $34.88 as a late charge for not making the $2.69 on time. Not only this, the bank reported this instance to the credit report agencies.

After I made all of my auto installment loans and pay off my account, this crocket bank came back and demanded I pay additional $2.69 in principal and $34.88 late charge. Since my loan was an installment loan, I requested where the $2.69 in principal came from, but the bank wasn't able to provide explanation and refused to issue my title uness I satisfy the balance.  I tried to dispute and resolve the issue but I was unsuccessful. I have no any choice but make the payment and not to do any kind of business in future with this bank.

Very bad in customer service and servicing loans.
