2023-2024: Barbie Butler Real Estate Services (BBRS)

We began providing services for Barbie Butler Real Estate Services (BBRS) in August 2023 under a basic social media package for $750/month, as outlined in our work-for-hire proposal dated July 23, 2023. This agreement also specified an hourly billable rate of $100 (discounted from $250) for any additional design work within the existing BBRS brand. At the time, you had all logo assets in place, and BBRS was positioned as a standout entity within William Raveis, which provided funding for your branding and social media initiatives.

Timeline of Work and Payments

• August 2023: Services commenced, and our social media invoices were sent promptly during the first week of each month. However, payment delays began almost immediately, yet we continued to work on good-faith efforts based on your being a referral from your husband's family friend.
• December 2023: After numerous unpaid invoices (5), we directly discussed ceasing services in December. To prevent interruption, your husband, Tom Butler of BCI Inc., paid Invoice #1327 in full after the alleged "check in the mail" never materialized.
• January 2024: Despite assurances that payments were on track, January and February’s payments were missed. Tom Butler later requested an invoice for six months of BBRS social media services in addition to the outstanding January and February missed payments, leading to Invoice #1331 for $6,850, sent on January 9, 2024. As noted, this invoice covered BBRS social media services through August 2024. The payment was finally received on March 6, 2024.

Current Payment Issues

On September 1, 2024, we sent an invoice to you for BBRS social media services for the final quarter (September through December 2024) after our discussion in August regarding BBRS social media services expiring on August 31, 2024. It was then brought to our attention that "Tom didn't want to write any more big checks," so we reluctantly revised the invoice and went on month-to-month. This is how the month-to-month invoicing looks despite multiple follow-ups:

• September Invoice: Sent 9/5/2024, paid 11/4/2024 (delayed).
• October Invoice: Sent 9/29/2024, paid 9/29/2024 (first time)
• November Invoice: Sent 11/1/2024, remains unpaid.

While we have accommodated your communication delays and life circumstances-- we can no longer continue without a resolution. The outstanding balance for BBRS is $952.95

This invoice still remains unpaid.
