Shellpoint Mortgage fraud or just terrible servicing? we'll find out Internet

Baron Silverstein owner of NewRez and their company Shellpoint Mortgage run by Michael Keaton in Simpson SC are running a scammy company.  

Look at Google Reviews.  You will customers all have the same problem. 

-the UI doesn't allow them to make payments correctly 
-the customer service department is inept, and cannot solve problems
-despite telling clients they are late, scheduled incorrectly or in some cases can't make payments Shellpoint will continue to draft payments
-they will draft payments even after telling you they can't and won't 

-they will draft incorrect amounts at their discretion

-they will apply mortage amounts however they like without authorization 

Its client abuse.  Scammy.  Perhaps fraudulent. 

I'm considering a class action lawsuit because Google Reviews all the exact same story.
