Bash Web Consulting Inc. Brian Carson Would not refund my deposit after I found out they were a hack website design company.

I contracted Brian Carson of Bash Web Consulting Inc. to design a custom website for my company and that Bash Web Consulting would provide the style, images and the copy for the my website and I would not have to do anything. I was shown examples of sites (most likely fakes) of supposed work done by his company. I was reluctent at first with the price being so expensive ($1500), after back and forth on pricing, I agreed to tender a 50% deposit to Brian and Bash Consulting.

After a few days I had to reach out to the company because I had not heard back from Brian, after a few hours I received an email asking me to "pick a template" for the website (i was sold a CUSTOM website, not a template)!I reached out to Brian regarding the template and I was never given a straight answer.I reluctently picked one of his bad designs and made him aware of my choice.

In the next set of emails Brian asks me for images of work my company had completed when I was told all images would be provided via stock photos. When I asked Brian to see the site progress I was sent a hack job with horrible photos and another excuse "I haven't had the chance to pull the images" 

The copy for the site was unusable and I had to rewrite the copy for the entire site.

At this point I was through with this so-called web designer (hack is more like it) NOTHING custom about my site to-be!

I asked for a 50% deposit ($350) and Brian refused to be a professional and started to dodge my calls and not return emails.

To date I have not received any of my deposit money and only ugly and nasty text messages from Brian.

Do NOT use this company, you can make your own site much better with a DIY site company.
