Bavarian Inn Frankenmuth Mi Covered up the conditions of the rooms Frankenmuth Michigan

Do not go there.  A few years back I found bugs.  So I took them to management; they said a Kim would call.  He did not.  Next booking for Easter with kids; room poured black smoke.  Kim lied and covered it up; refused to give refund and made it look like it was me to owners!  Lucky I have pictures!!

 Had to stay again due to daughters competition; I booked 6 months in advance was told if I paid in advance we would be gaurunteed our room and floor; so I did.  Upon arrival they gave our room away and gave us one on the ground with broken air conditioning.  When I asked to be moved this Kim man came in our room screaming and harassing us.  I told him to leave; and lucky my husband came out.  

We did not have an option but to stay.  He followed us around all weekend; he had his employees harass us; he has alot of issues; one being he is in denial and lied about the circumstances to management.  The man is a huge weirdo.  He touched my children; very greasy.  I told the owner to keep him away from us; and he still followed us around each time we turned around.

 He the lied to the owner and made up a story that I was not nice to the front desk girl.  These people are like a pack of scavengers!  If you cannot tun a hotel right then get out of the business; the rooms have gone downhill.  My husband and I got engaged there. Nd has our party there; no issues 25 years ago.  But now since this greasy Kim runs it; it looks trashy and dirty; even the pools are full of urine and dirty; just disgusting.
