I made an appointment with this company spending around 20 minutes talking with the representative and they said that they would be there on 03/27/23 at 9:00am and looked forward to working with me. Two weeks later we were waiting for them to show up, repair and clean our BBQ as agreed upon. They texted me  this morning and said that they do not work in my area after we gave them our address and even had our appointment guaranteed by the company reresentative.. I called the company immediately and spoke with a woman who just said that we dont work in your area and was extremely rude and then told me where to go. I would not recommend this company at all and after reading the many other comments on their curtomer review I would not consider even talking with them ever again with such lousey customer service to the public.
