BBVA bank Kept $337,000.00!!!!!!! Alabama

BBVA bank I sent 2 ach transactions on June 22nd 00.00. After 4-5 days, I find out that neither transactions have been delivered. I called the bank. I was thrown around between customer service and the wire department for 20 hours. 2 days on the phone wasted. They told me the transactions went thru. They even gave me a trace number. I called Bank of America and they tell me the trace number doesn’t exist. I finally call my branch manager.

The branch manager attempts to reverse the transaction. Then the wire department calls me and tells me that the transaction is reversed and that I would get my money deposited back in my account. It’s been 72 hours and the money still isn’t back in my account. I have to call them again tomm morning (Monday) and believe me I’ll be up at 5am pst trying time get thru customer service.

The bank cannot just keep your money! Wow. You trust the bank to keep your money safe. Not to steal your money. Never bank with these people!!!!!!!! Alabama
