Beauty Can I was an Employee and Wanted to show the real face of the Company Calabasas CA

First off, let me just say, working for Beauty Can, LLC was one of the WORST decisions I’ve ever made. This place is not only unprofessional but completely ILLEGAL. Here’s what’s really going on behind the scenes:

They’re Not Even Legal!!

This salon has been operating without a valid license since 2018! How do I know? Because I overheard the owner bragging about it like it’s no big deal.
California law? They don’t care. They’re making money hand over fist while ignoring state regulations.

Unlicensed Workers EVERYWHERE!

Almost NO ONE working there has a license. Seriously. I got stuck cleaning up after these "stylists" who don’t even know what they’re doing!
Oh, and by the way, if you rent a chair, good luck. They don’t even give you a real contract! You’re basically on your own while the owner takes all the money and doesn’t report it.

TAX FRAUD?!

They make over $500k a year (that’s what the owner tells people), but do they pay taxes? HA, yeah right. They’re dodging the IRS AND California taxes.
If you’re working there, don’t expect any benefits or protections—just more excuses from the owner about why "you don’t count as an employee."

Disgusting and Unsafe Environment!

The place is DIRTY. Tools aren’t sanitized, trash piles up, and they don’t follow ANY health codes. One client even complained about getting a rash, and the owner was like, "Not my problem."
Oh, and the owner? Drinking alcohol DURING BUSINESS HOURS like it’s happy hour while yelling at people. So professional.

Why You Should Avoid This Place:

If you’re a client, just know that you’re sitting in a chair where rules don’t matter, and sanitation is a joke. If you’re thinking about working here, RUN. The owner only cares about money and will use you until you have nothing left.

Final Thoughts:

This place needs to be shut down for good. I don’t know how they’ve gotten away with it for so long, but trust me, it’s only a matter of time before it all catches up to them. They treat workers like trash, clients like ATMs, and the laws like they don’t even exist.
