BEERSME.com Amy Matenga Failed to deliver item purchased N/A Maine

 On July 12, 2021,I purchased a wine cooler on BEERSME.com for the sum of $83.95. Shortly thereafter I was supplied USPS tracking information which indicated that the item was delivered. My home video surveillance cameras clearly indicated this was not the case. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal advising the item was never received however I received notification that based on tracking information that the item was delivered they closed my case. I plan to file a complaint on the “Rip Off” web page and further pursue my claim with Pay Pal. I researched this company and literally found hundreds of similar complaints. I always trusted Pay Pal however I have to question their due diligence in associating with companies who are blatantly ripping off consumers.
