I had never had a problem with this company before, however, they had a Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, and I ordered almost $100 worth between both orders.
First clue should have been the same "printer skipped your order" email for both orders I received on December 8th. On December 15th the owner posted that USPS lost 85% of her holiday orders, that she was going to replace the orders, but if you wanted a refund, that she would issue one. I asked via email and direct message for tracking information for both orders. That request was ignored several times. I asked for a refund stating a lack of tracking number on 12-17 and the reply was "Hello Christina, as stated on https://www.usps.com, USPS is receiving a high volume of orders and limited employees due to COVID-19. USPS has your order, but it has not updated in their system". I asked again for a refund on December 29th and was told I would get a refund that week.
I followed up with another message on 01-4 and have so far been ignored.
To date, both of my orders on the site show unfulfilled, I don't have any tracking numbers, and my refund requests are not being followed through.
