Benito Gomez Ben Gomez, Bennie Gomez Painting Contractor who didn't complete work, and stole supplies for jobsite Austin TX

I hired him to complete the painting job on my house while I was not on site. He took multiple trips to home depot, bought mainly tools for himself, and supplies for painting. I kept asking for the receipts, but he would not forward them. When confronted with the facts, just stopped answering calls and emails. In the course of ten days and 4 trips to the store, never painted anything.

In totaled it cost me 1600, and he stole all the tools and supplies equaling close to a thousand dollars. Don't get grifted, seems like an honest guy, but don't let the demeanor fool you. He drives a 2000 Lincoln Navigator in a Light Brown Gold color. He is a pack rat, and the car is always full. He is in his late 50's, short, and hispanic.
