After making an appoinment just hours before arriving to a view a car they were offering, the car was no longer there (bait & switch).

The Salesman assured me the dealer had no hidden fee's, yet they charged me a $900 dealer fee.

I was told by the finance manager I would be financed through Regions Bank.  I was not.  It was Regions Finance.

Finance manager told me the bank requires me to purchase the extended warranty in order to finance the car.  I spoke to the bank and of course, they make no such requirements.

The Finance manager rushed me through the paperwork and did not go over any of the paperwork nor did he disclose any of the above information.  When I confronted them they said that florida has no 3 day cooling off period for car sales.  Once I signed, the deal  was done and could not back out or renegotiate.  In other words, he had me over a barrel.

I wrote the GM an email to give them the opportunity to make this right but he never responded.

No rip off here at all. You could have walked away from the deal at any time. You could have (and should have) called the finance company before you signed the papers. You had every chance to not buy the car, but you bought it after being lied to and knowing you were lied to. The ONLY person to blame is yourself.

You VERY WILLINGLY played the roles of doormat, sucker and chump. By YOUR own admission here, YOU noticed the discrepancies. Very willingly, YOU rewarded them by making the purchase! Absolutely incredible!

Really?

Definition of bait and switch - a sales tactic in which a customer is attracted by the advertisement of a low-priced item but is then encouraged to buy a higher-priced one. Just because the car or truck was not available it not the same. YOU signed a contract without reading it first so therefore you are liable for the cost of the vehicle.

READ before you sign anything!!! Sounds like nothing but buyers remorse. YOU should not have bought the vehicle period because your a liable since the dealer did not hold a gun to your head.
