The manager of this park is incompetent he does not run the park in the proper fashion of a business. He's too busy in the office gossiping and causing problems with everybody in the park. While they have people from the highway coming into the park breaking into people's RVs and stealing stuff from your lot. There is a list of names of people that went to this park that have been violated and have been done wrong by the manager, I believe his name is Brian?
They charge a high rate per night and they provide you with no services. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting feces on the toilet seats and Floors blood stains on the bathroom walls from drug users doing heroin. Out houses are cleaner. I would suggest to you do not go to this park with a clean RV or car? because it is a (dust bowl) and you will have to scrub your RV and car down for hours after parking at this park for 1 night, you're better off parking at Walmart and find yourself a better Park like Butterfield RV resort and that is where I'm staying, and there are so-called (work kampers) in the park and they are worked 12 to 15 hours a day with no pay just for their Lot Fee and the State of Arizona allows this?
Slave labor is against the law. But not in Benson Arizona because the government doesn't do their job by stopping RV Parks from abusing work kampers. This park is known to add on to the electric Bill also. if you have a $30 electric bill per month you're going to be charged $85 and the manager takes the added $55 We have a list online anybody that's been crossed by this manager at Benson I-10 RV park? Look for the list online or post your comment right here? and add your name and post what he did to you and this park is done to you and add your name to the lawsuit.
We're going to be filing a class-action lawsuit against this park. This is definitely a problem RV park and I'm surprised the government doesn't investigate and shut this park down because it is bringing the town of Benson down to a slum Town status....
