Starting from around November of 2018, I lent Bernard Andrew Harris money to buy and flip a house. The amount was a relatively small $11,500. The profit on the house would have been about $30,000. He agreed to pay back $16,500 in a few months after completion. The house was never completed.

In all, I purchased 5 houses with Bernard Harris. Not a single one did he finish. It is my belief that he got kick backs and used some of the money intended for these deals for his personal expenses which is fraud. The total amount of money that was contributed in these 5 deals was about $165,000! Till now he has only returned $50,000. He gives the run around and tries to stall but in the end, nothing gets done.

It seems that he does this kind of thing as a habit in order to steal money from investors and then call it a partnership under the guise of the situation being something outside of his control. I am now on the process of filing several confession of judgment notes and going to the attorney general to present a fraud case against him.

For anyone considering investing with him, WALK AWAY NOW! You will lose money. He will live off your money and make you believe the properties are being completed when he has no intention of finishing them.  He also works in Baltimore.
