Bespoke Exterior Living No follow through with promised service after the sale Huntington Beach California

I hired Bespoke to do the soft scrape in four planter areas of my yard (plants, drip lines and lights in one planter).  They set the schedule for the irrigation.  At the conclusion of the job prior to me giving them the final payment I was told to monitor the plants closely, if any plants were not doing well let them know so they could adjust the irrigation and/or replace the plant.

 Within days a plant started looking bad.  I made Bespoke aware (included a picture).  Their response was excuses as to why they could not follow through with promised service.  Within a week more plants started looking bad.  Bespoke stopped responding to text and emails.

 Bespoke has my payment of $5,500.00  and half the plants they put in the planter in my back yard look poor to very poor.
