Bespoke Sports & Entertainment or Bespoke in Charlotte, NC had a whisky brand as a client. The client was Amazing! NO JOKE!   I was hired by Clearly Promotions or CP (a promotional staffing agency based in Salt Lake City, UT) to work a NASCAR Event October 21-22-23, 2022 for Bespoke.   The NASCAR Event was at Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, FL. I live in Miami Beach, FL and it was a far event, but I agreed. I love NASCAR! It was TERRIFFIC!!!!   Both CP and Bespoke are Very Cool. The event was successful.   Why am I writing this then?   I was wrongly banned by a horrible Bespoke employee and this cut my income and ruined my reputation with great companies.   The culprit is Gabriella. She threatened me and since October I have tried to get more work from CP. The 3-5 times a month (more or less) I apply for work through CP I get NADA-Nothing-Zippo WHEN I WAS THE STAR OF THIS EVENT WHO PULLED IT ALL TOGETHER FROM THE BRAND AMBASSADORS.     I will explain. I wasn't seeking credit, but truth be told after all the pain I go through harboring this since the threat and being banned from fun events both uplifts my spirits and feeds me, so I removed myself from CP's website and say f**k-It! I don't want to be part of THEM!!!! Talk about what's wrong in America! It sure isn't any effort I put forth!!!   I spoke to nearly every single person/couple/group who passed our beautiful stand to EXPLAIN what we Gave Away, What Was For Purchase AND WHO (FAMOUS DRIVERS) WOULD BE AT INTERVIEWED AT OUR SPACE to ensure our empty space would be filled and enjoyed. In the hot sun, my spirit never dwindled. I was NOT lazy nor rude. I helped in Spanish and just created the GREAT VIBE! I even stopped one fight from a nearby drinking stand. I did a lot and I loved it. To be useful was good.   Bespoke's Greg was there and he didn't smile, but I did my best work. Their 2 guys who lifted boxes made fun of me to my face, and I didn't know their role only that I went to retrieve 2 big bags of ice from across our stand and then some, carried them back one at a time to ensure our patrons had cool drinks--when those two (a fat middle aged man and a short old man) did NOT and that Bespoke doesn't know and they have a job.   Gabriella, a Bespoke Team Leader, had us as spokes models and brand ambassadors pack promotional items in boxes, when the above guys were their to tear down and lift the boxes. Gabrielle had me only lift the boxes before I was threatened to never get work again by Bespoke, then she smerked. I wanted to tell McKenzie and the blonde girl from Bespoke about Gabriella, but Gabriella stepped in and I was last to leave with a horrible threat after I worked my a*s off and made that event successful. Note: I was first there every day in the early morning too, not just last out.   How pretentious of me, right? I sound like a b***h! Not the confident, selfless worker I was. When the girls (not our Polish blonde girl) didn't want to work intentionally, as they told me to slow down they didn't have customers and not many took pictures, for example, with the bacon and whisky brand's name .. but if I had a free moment and saw that I in kindness told the clients about our picture prop to pose with and this was constant, even for the Whisky Clients I was bold to get them to pose for a group shot they never would have had since some girls (I would work with again because I've worked with worse) truly said they didn't want to work, just stand there.   I had no idea I was going to be set-up! The two girls who told me NOT to bring people to our area were in charge of mixing drinks just at the end of the event on the last day. I walked to them once and they said they didn't have product for the patrons and I liked them so in work mode I brought them more product from the liquor stand in our area so they had it. I didn't show any anger because I didn't have any. I was hit all at one at the end and too dumb to see it all coming or nice enough. I went to them a second time to check they were okay and had all and they said not to bring people. Next thing I know they lie to Gabriella, when they were cutting that client event calling for it to stop, and it looks like I want them to stop working, when I was helping to bring them product to work.   I am a mule. No Thanks. Old School Work Values.   It got worse. Gabriella who stared me down pulled me from calling people .. winding down the event to pack promotional items. We all did it. She was furious that I gave a patron 2 promotional items.  I explained the value.  Then one of the girls who lied and I was still happy cuz it was a fun day of hard work, but we were a team, she asks Gabriella who had no idea what I naturally did was for them, if she cold give this one who asked for 2 and she says Yes.  I was okay since she saw the value and knew it was her with a bad attitude.   I saw pictures of how Gabriella was with her staff the night before and they were fun.  I am all about that in an event and made that happen easily.   Then in leaving she thanks the 3 and to me she says I will make sure you never work for us again.  I can do that, she added.     I tried to tell CP and my confidence looked bad talking like I needed support from Cp.  I never got work again and CP pays well.  This event wasn't paid high enough for what we did, in the hot sun, and what it took to get there.  Adding that since I who looked out for Bespoke for the client and CP and my own values was hurt beyond belief.   It has been so sad since applying and getting NO WORK From this company.   And they just hired and ASSIST Marketing racist girl.  I speak Spanish and Assist never hires non-Latins, where CP's new girl hails from.   Gabriella and the 2 were all Latin.  I embrace cultures.  Studied around the world and always was a people person.     Times changed when the values have.   I hope Gabriella and the 2 fake mules lose their jobs, but I won't hold my breath.   I actually feel better getting this off my chest and leaving.   Yes, no pay and more hardship for me but integrity in tact.    Gabriella and the 2 only prepared me to see NOT all girls are a team.  That they learned.  The Polish girl was Perfect. I only said good things to the 2 and they would hurt a good person.   Looking at Bespoke's webpage and seeing him smile is humorous.  Hope he hears loud & clear that that event would have had much less people in their booth-stand area.  I made sure we looked great.  We were packed;  they came in, had fun, left.  Many learned of the client, a very good brand.   This off my chest.  Both Bespoke Sports & Entertainment and Clearly Promotions have great events and staff. I enjoyed myself the one time I worked for you both. I set the record straight. When I make it big, as I should make moves, I will mention this because it truly hurts and the good people of that event I contacted with personally including the client. I stand by my work, my word and my values. I am an independent contractor and you don't owe me. I understand a pretty face and all, but I will always be prettier than Gabriella--the True b***h!   Otherwise, Bespoke & CP are NOT Ripoffs. Remember how the events people during COVID got shafted, well I still wnatto believe companies in Utah and North Carolina care about it's employees.  To give them the benefit of the doubt, they didn't know.  If they keep them, well.
