This operation is a classic bait and switch. Owner promised Italian made custom fashion and what was delivered was awful. Quality was obviously outsourced to the lowest bidder. Owner John attitude is all smiles until the money is paid and the moment goods are ready he's on the attack should you have any complaints which we had many . Refused to compromise or provide any refunds for this awful service . Owner basically dared me to take legal action. I think it's best I take this small but expensive loss and warn others never to conduct business here. This entire operation is a scam .

Please spend your money at the mall buying actual luxury goods not fake promises from Bespoksman. What goes around comes around and I only wish more people would report how truly awful this business really is . Hope that helps
