Best Trendy Deals I ordered and paid for two alleged robotic toy dogs that appeared very realistic on-line. However, after weeks of waiting for delivery, nothing came. They took my money and delivered nothing after 9 weeks.

I ordered and paid for two realistic robotic toy dogs. They appear to be extremely realistic as depicted on the company's website. I have waited over 9 weeks for delivery and emailed 15 times citing a problem with delivery. I was provided a fake tracking system. The delivery has never been made. Each time I make an inquiry, I am sent the exact same formaulatic email. The phone number provided is not active. I looked on-line and found there are hundreds of complaints and testimonials about the exact same rip off with visuals of the items they received a pathetic cheap stuffed toy which did not resemble in any way what was advertised.  This company needs to be shut down. They provide no location or address. I will be reporting this company to the FTC as well and my bank to receive a refund.
